Astroblaster Apps
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026
Astroblaster LTD publishes mobile apps for destinations, real estate, coffee discovery, travel, tourism and experimental entertainment. We design our apps with a privacy-first approach and aim to collect as little personal information as possible.
We do not use in-app advertising, face detection, facial recognition, biometric identification or privacy-invasive tracking in our apps.
Information We Collect
Most Astroblaster apps can be used without creating an account. Depending on the app and feature, we may process limited information in these categories:
- Support information: if you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, app name, device type, operating system version and the message you send.
- App diagnostics: app stores, operating systems or standard platform tools may provide crash reports, diagnostics, app version, device model and technical logs needed to fix problems.
- App content and preferences: some apps may store local preferences, saved items or content needed for the app experience.
- Website logs: our websites may receive basic server logs such as request time, browser type and approximate technical information needed for security and reliability.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not knowingly collect sensitive biometric data.
- We do not use face detection, facial recognition or identity matching.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use in-app advertising networks.
- We do not track users across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
How We Use Information
- To provide and improve app functionality.
- To answer support requests and solve reported issues.
- To diagnose crashes, bugs, compatibility problems and performance issues.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse and keep apps reliable.
- To understand product quality at an aggregated, non-personal level.
App Store and Google Play
Our apps are distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play. These platforms may process information according to their own privacy policies and developer tools. Apple also asks developers to disclose app privacy practices so users can review privacy information before downloading an app.
Third-Party Services
Some apps may use platform or infrastructure services such as Apple services, Google Play services, maps, hosting, analytics, crash reporting or backend APIs when needed for a specific app feature. We use these services to operate, secure and improve the apps, not for third-party advertising.
Children
Our apps are not currently designed specifically for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Data Retention
We keep support messages and technical information only as long as reasonably needed to provide support, maintain records, improve app quality or comply with legal obligations.
Your Choices
You can contact us to ask what information we may have received from you through support communication, request correction or request deletion where applicable. You can also delete an app from your device at any time.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as apps, features or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised.
